JoyFilled Subscription Shopping Information

What's the cost of shipping?
USA subscription boxes are charged a flat fee of $8.97.  Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight by the carrier. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout. In addition, Local Pick up is an option for those local to 17356. Use Promo Code LOCAL at checkout to pick up locally.
When will you ship my order?
If you order today, your first subscription box will ship on the next 18th day of the month and every month following on the 18th day of the month. If you're a subscriber, your orders will renew every month on the 5th of the month. All other store orders ship within 2-5 business days following check out.
How long will it take to arrive?
Items typically take 4-8 business days to arrive once shipped. Due to COVID-19 and USPS delays, please be patient with shipping services. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We offer our products to residents in the USA and Canada.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only customers who purchase items in the state of Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax. Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location. International shipments may be subject to duties upon delivery.
When will I be charged?
Your accounts will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout for your non-subscription order, and your first subscription order. Monthly subscription boxes are charged on the 5th each month following your first order.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may cancel your subscription. Note that cancelled monthly JoyFilled box subscriptions cannot be reactivated, but rather you must rejoin the wait list for an opening or open launch. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email.
Can I add extra products to my box?
Yes! Visit our store and use promo code "INMYBOX" at checkout. This will waive your shipping fees and notify us to include this order in your upcoming box. Some size and weight restrictions apply.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
What comes in the box?
The Monthly JoyFilled Subscription Box generally contains 4-7 items.
All boxes include curated, just-for-you, original and custom pieces meant to help you find your joy each month! Items change every month and are a surprise!
